Stay and play with some of our crazy interactive and hands-on mathematical objects and activities. This is fun for everyone, including adults.      

This drop-in session is designed for children ages 5 and above - although anyone with curiosity is very welcome. 

The Center for Diffusion and Teaching Matemateca of the Institute of Mathematics and Statistics (IME) of the University of São Paulo (USP) is a subordinate body of the Institute's Board of Directors, whose objective is to provide services related to the dissemination of Mathematics to the general public. and, in particular, for students at all levels of education. The work developed may include, but not be limited to: planning, development and production of material for the dissemination of mathematics using all available media, including making objects, texts, posters, videos, etc.; consultancy and advice to museums and science centers, as well as educational institutions of all levels; offer of diffusion courses; development of research projects; exchange projects with other USP units and agencies outside USP.
